About us
Two friends, one tray, many evenings
We are Jeena and Mustafa, two friends who started waiting tables together in a restaurant in 2017. Since then we have handled countless caterings, weddings and corporate events together, including the nights when everything happens at once.
Along the way we learned how much depends on good staff. People who show up on time, think ahead and know what to do make all the difference. That's exactly why we started our own business.

Good to know
Is the request binding?
No. We first check whether we can staff your team. It becomes binding once you confirm our quote.
How short-notice can you do?
Ideally, send your request at least 7 days in advance. We're happy to try shorter notice too, just give us a call.
Who manages the team on site?
We do. Our team is employed by us, and we run the service at your event ourselves. You have one dedicated contact and don't need to worry about anything. Wages, social security and payroll are handled by us.
How is it billed?
By the hours actually worked, per person at the hourly rate in our quote. Surcharges for nights, Sundays and public holidays apply.
Can I cancel?
Free of charge up to 72 hours before the start. After that we charge 50 % of the planned hours, and 100 % from 24 hours before the start.

2. Hosting and server log files
Our website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, on servers in Germany. When you visit the site, the server automatically stores technical data: your IP address, date and time, the page visited, your browser and operating system. This is necessary to deliver the site and keep it secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We have a data processing agreement with IONOS under Art. 28 GDPR. IONOS deletes the log files after a short period.
3. Encryption
This site uses SSL/TLS encryption, shown by the padlock in the address bar. Anything you enter in the forms is transmitted encrypted.
4. Request form
When you send us a request via the form, we process your details: occasion, date, time, location, the staff you need, business or company, contact person, email, phone and your message. The details arrive as an email in our IONOS inbox. You also receive a short confirmation at your email address.
We only use the data to handle your request, send you a quote and plan the event. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures or a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
To protect against spam, we store a hashed value derived from your IP address for no more than one hour. This limits the number of requests per hour. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a working form (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
If your request does not lead to a booking, we delete the data once it is no longer needed, at the latest after 6 months. If it does, we keep the records for as long as commercial and tax law require, usually 6 or 10 years.
5. Contact by email or phone
When you email or call us, we process your details to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for bookings, otherwise our legitimate interest in responding (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
6. Applications
When you apply, we process your details to decide on working together (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). If we don't work together, we delete your details at the latest 6 months after our decision. If we'd like to keep them longer for future shifts, we'll ask you first.
7. Fonts, cookies and tracking
The fonts on this site are hosted on our own server. No connection is made to Google or other font providers. We don't use cookies, analytics or tracking tools, or social media plugins.
8. Sharing data
We don't share your data with third parties. Exceptions are IONOS as our hosting and email provider, and cases where we are legally obliged to, for example towards the tax office.
9. Your rights
You have the right to access your stored data (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). Where we process data based on our legitimate interest, you can object at any time (Art. 21). Just write to us at info@sila-personal.de.
You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. The authority responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg, Lautenschlagerstraße 20, 70173 Stuttgart.
10. Providing data
You don't have to give us any data. Without contact details and event information, however, we can't process your request.
